Overview
The finished shoe bending test machine (model: ASR-7128) is used to test the bending resistance performance of the finished shoes and soles. The equipment bends the shoes repeatedly at an adjustable angle and automatically stops after reaching a set number of times to observe the damage and checking of the shoes and soles, providing a basis for quality improvement. The machine has the function of automatically returning to the starting point and stopping in any static state.
Features
1. Four finished shoes can be tested simultaneously, and the bending test can be performed simultaneously.
2. The bending angle can be adjusted from 0 ° to 90 ° to meet different testing requirements.
3. The test speed is adjustable, ranging from 0 to 140 +/- 5 times per minute.
4. Equipped with LCD six-bit counter, the counting range is 0-999999 times, the number of tests can be set, and it will automatically stop when it arrives.
5. Equipped with an automatic return function, in any static state, the machine can automatically return to the starting position slowly and stop.
Principle
The testing machine uses the driving mechanism to repeatedly bend the clamped finished shoes at a set angle and speed. During the test, the counter records the number of bends. When the preset number of tests is reached, the equipment automatically stops running. The bending resistance performance is evaluated by observing the damage or checking of the shoes and soles after a certain number of bends.
Standards
SATRA-TM92 standard
Steps
1. Install the finished shoes (up to 4) to be tested on the test fixture.
2. According to the test requirements, set the required bending angle (0 ° to 90 °).
3. Set the test speed (0~ 140 +/- 5 times/min).
4. Set the target number of tests on the counter.
5. Start the device and start testing.
6. The equipment will automatically stop after running to a set number of times, or it can automatically return to the starting point at a slow speed in any stationary state.
7. Remove the test piece, observe and record the damage and checking of the shoes and soles.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply is rated voltage AC 220V, 50HZ.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not approach the moving parts to prevent pinching.
When setting test parameters, it is necessary to adjust them within the allowable specifications of the equipment.
After the test is completed, the equipment should be cleaned promptly to maintain cleanliness.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the equipment.
