Overview
The AISRY ASR-7129 leather dynamic waterproof testing machine is used to test the tortuous waterproof penetration performance of materials. During the test, clean steel balls with specified weight and impedance are placed in the material to detect its waterproof penetration index under specific conditions. The equipment adopts new sensing elements and special design. When water penetrates the material or reaches the preset test time/number, it will automatically stop counting and display the results.
Features
1. One to four samples can be tested simultaneously.
2. Equipped with four sets of LCD counters, the counting range is 0 to 999999.
3. Adopting a new type of sensing element, it can automatically stop counting when water penetrates.
4. The test time or number of times can be set, and it will automatically stop when it arrives.
The test speed is stable at 90 +/- 5cpm.
Principle
This machine is tested according to the ASTM-D2099 standard. The clean steel ball with specified weight and impedance is placed in the material to be tested, and the material is driven by a mechanical device to reciprocate and zigzag at a specific angle (30 +/- 1 °). During this process, the outer surface of the material comes into contact with water. A new type of sensing element inside the equipment monitors in real time. Once it detects that water penetrates into the material, it automatically stops the counter work and records the number of twists or times to evaluate the dynamic waterproof performance of the material.

Steps
Prepare a test piece with a size of 4 "* 4" +/- 0.125 " (101.6 * 101.6 +/- 3.2mm).
2. Place the specified weight and impedance of the clean steel ball in the test piece.
3. Fix the test piece with the steel ball installed on the testing machine.
4. Set the required test time or number of times on the device.
5. Start the machine and start testing.
6. During the test, if water permeates the test piece, the machine will automatically stop and display the count; if it does not penetrate, it will automatically stop and display the result after reaching the set value.

* Please ensure that the weight and impedance of the steel ball meet the test standards.
The size of the test piece should be strictly controlled within the tolerance range.
The test speed should be maintained within the range of 90 +/- 5cpm.
* The device uses 1 *, AC220V, 2A power supply, please ensure that the power supply matches.
