Overview
The AISRY ASR-5637B stiffness Sampler is a dedicated device for precisely cutting stiffness test samples. Its standard stiffness sampling size is 70x38mm and crease stiffness sampling size is 36x38mm, suitable for material sampling in the Film thickness range of 0.1 to 1.2mm.
Features
Two standard stiffness sampling sizes are available: 70x38mm and 36x38mm.
Film thickness sampling range is wide, covering 0.1mm to 1.2mm.
3. High sampling accuracy, parallelism on both sides ≤ 0.015mm.
4. Compact structure, Dimension 300x90x90mm, weight 11kg, easy to place and operate.
Principle
The stiffness Sampler uses a precise mechanical structure to cut the material according to a preset size (70x38mm or 36x38mm) using a sharp blade or stamping die to obtain a standard test sample with flat edges, accurate dimensions, and high parallelism, providing a qualified sample for subsequent stiffness tests.
Applications
Paper stiffness test, Cardboard stiffness test, Encasement material stiffness test, Composite material mechanical performance test
Standards
This product is designed to be prepared for specimens that meet stiffness test standards (such as GB/T 2679.3, ISO 2493, etc.), and the specific standards that meet the requirements need to refer to the relevant test methods.
Steps
1. Place the Sampler on a stable bench.
2. According to the test requirements, choose 70x38mm or 36x38mm sampling specifications.
3. Place the material to be tested (Film thickness 0.1-1 mm) flat in the sampling area.
4. Operate the handle or button to complete the cutting of the material.
5. Remove the cut standard sample for subsequent stiffness testing.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed smoothly before use.
Film thickness should not exceed 1.2mm to avoid damage to the blade or equipment.
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid getting your hands close to the cutting area.
• Regularly clean and maintain the blades to ensure the flatness and accuracy of the sampling edges.
• Do not use beyond the range, only for sample preparation of specified Film thickness and material.
