Overview
The iCoolero-2017 cryogenic chilled down liquid circulator is refrigerated by a two-stage Compressor and is equipped with a maintenance-free pressure suction pump for external closed or open circulation. Its refrigeration system uses proportional refrigeration technology for low energy consumption and stable operation, making it suitable for a variety of external applications requiring cryogenic liquids or cold traps.
Features
1. Maintenance-free pressure/suction pump, resistant to fiber and metal particles, long life, pump pressure and Flow rate automatically adapt to external loads, effectively protect external equipment (especially Glass parts).
2. Refrigeration and circulation functions can be controlled independently or simultaneously.
3. The sealing water tank has an intuitive liquid level window and a protective overflow port.
4. Using high-performance and high-mass spare parts, the system is stable and reliable.
5. When alarming, the light and sound remind at the same time, and BigInt displays it directly.
6. Adopt Pt100 temperature sensor, support single point and two point temperature calibrating.
7. Multiple operation modes are optional, and accidental power failure can be automatically restored to ensure the continuous supply of chilled down circulating water.
Optional intelligent control function (RS485, RS232 interface), support remote control start and stop.

Principle
The equipment uses proportional refrigeration technology to reduce the temperature of the chilled down liquid through a two-stage Compressor refrigeration system. The built-in maintenance-free pressure/suction pump circulates the chilled down liquid to the external equipment for heat exchange and return flow, achieving continuous cryogenic liquid supply and temperature control.
