The iCoolero-3017 cryogenic chilled down liquid circulator is refrigerated by a two-stage Compressor and is equipped with a maintenance-free pressure suction pump for external closed or open circulation. Its refrigeration system uses proportional refrigeration technology, which is characterized by low energy consumption and stable operation. It is suitable for a variety of external applications requiring cryogenic liquids or cold traps.

Principle
The equipment uses proportional refrigeration technology to reduce the temperature of the chilled down liquid through a two-stage Compressor refrigeration system. The built-in maintenance-free pressure/suction pump circulates the chilled down liquid to the external equipment for heat exchange and return to form a closed or open circulation loop, thus achieving a continuous and stable supply of cryogenic liquid.

Steps
Connect the external circulation line to the pump's RC1/2mm (4-minute inner teeth) interface.
2. Observe and ensure the normal level of the water tank through the liquid level window.
3. Set the required temperature and operating mode through the waterproof keyboard and high-brightness LED display.
4. You can choose to start the refrigeration system and circulating pump independently or simultaneously.
5. Temperature and other parameters can be monitored through the display screen during operation.
6. After use, follow the program to stop the device from running.
Notice
* Please ensure that the device operates at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 32 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
Pay attention to the liquid level of the water tank to prevent equipment failure due to abnormal liquid level.
When connecting external pipelines, ensure that the interfaces match to avoid leakage.
When the equipment alarms, please check the fault in time according to the displayed alarm code.
* When calibrating temperature, use the specified Pt100 Sensor.
* The equipment is Floor-Standing, please place it in a stable and well-ventilated position.
Allows equipment to operate continuously (at 100% load), but it is necessary to check the operating status regularly.
* The buzzer volume can be set as needed to avoid missetting in a quiet environment.
When using the optional intelligent control function, ensure that the interface is connected correctly.
* When limiting the temperature setting, make sure that the setting value is within the device Temperature range (-30~ RT ℃).
