Overview
The iCoolero-8005 cryogenic chilled down liquid circulator uses two-stage Compressor refrigeration, is equipped with a maintenance-free pressure suction pump, and can perform external closed or open circulation. Its refrigeration system adopts proportional refrigeration technology, which has low energy consumption and stable operation. It is suitable for various application scenarios that require external cryogenic liquids or cold traps.

Principle
The device uses proportional refrigeration technology to reduce the temperature of the chilled down liquid through a two-stage Compressor refrigeration system. The built-in pressure/suction pump circulates the chilled down liquid to external equipment for heat exchange. The intelligent PID Control system precisely adjusts the refrigeration output based on feedback from the Pt100 temperature sensor to maintain the set low temperature.
Applications
Applications requiring external cryogenic liquids or cold traps
Steps
1. Connect the device power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of chilled down liquid to the sealing water tank and observe the liquid level through the liquid level window.
3. Connect the external circulation line to the pump interface (ID = 8).
4. Set the target temperature and operating parameters through the waterproof keyboard and high-brightness LED display.
5. Select the independent or simultaneous control mode of refrigeration and circulation functions as required.
6. Start the device and the system starts working.
7. Temperature and other conditions can be monitored through the display screen during operation.
8. After use, shut down according to the program.
Notice
• Equipment Permissible Ambient Temperature is 5~ 32 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%, please ensure that it operates in a suitable environment.
• Do not operate beyond the Temperature range specified by the device (-80 ° C to room temperature).
• Pay attention to the liquid level of the water tank to avoid insufficient cooling down or overflow.
When connecting external piping, make sure the connection is firm to prevent leakage.
• When the equipment alarms, please check the fault in time according to the displayed code.
Before performing maintenance or moving, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
