Principle
The chiller drives the chilled down liquid through the circulation pump for domestic circulation in the system. PID control technology is used, combined with the Pt100 temperature sensor to accurately monitor the water temperature, and to achieve accurate and stable control of the water temperature by adjusting the working state of the refrigeration system (using imported Compressors). The multi-purification design ensures the circulating water quality, and the perfect Safety protection system (such as temperature, water pressure, overcurrent and overload protection) ensures the safe operation of the equipment through sound and light alarm and code display under abnormal circumstances.

Steps
1. Ensure that the device is placed in an environment with Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 32 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%), and connected to the rated power supply (200~ 230VAC/50Hz).
2. Connect the required pipeline through the RC1/2 (4-point inner tooth) interface to ensure that the pump Flow rate is within the range of 2-20L/min.
3. Inject the appropriate chilling down liquid into the reservoir (volume 7L).
4. Use waterproof keyboard and LCD display to set the required Temperature range (5~ 35 ℃) and maximum/minimum temperature limit.
5. Start the device, the system will automatically adjust to the set temperature through PID control, and maintain the temperature Stability of +/- 0.1 ℃.
6. The equipment can operate 100% continuously, and the status can be monitored through the display screen during operation. If there is an alarm, it will be prompted by lights and sounds and display BigInt.
