The LABTOP UC12 chiller is a high-end model in the uChiller series, specially designed for high quality requirements. The equipment is equipped with a pressure regulating protection bypass valve and a complete protection alarm system, which can meet the application needs of various industries; optional water purification configuration to ensure clean water quality; Provide water pressure protection, water flow alarm and other alarm and output interfaces. Circulation pump can be equipped with low pressure and large Flow rate immersion pressure suction pump or other high lift pressure pumps.

Principle
The chiller cools the circulating water through the built-in refrigeration system (using imported Compressor). The circulating pump drives the water flow through the equipment that needs to be chilled down, takes away the heat and returns it to the chiller, and drains the heat through the refrigeration system. Professional PID control technology combined with Pt100 temperature sensor monitors and adjusts the water temperature in real time to achieve High Accuracy temperature control. Multiple protection systems (such as temperature, water pressure, over-current and overload protection) ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable ground with Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 32 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
Connect the power supply (200~ 230VAC/50Hz).
3. Use the RC1/2 (4-point inner teeth) interface to connect the piping of the desired chilled down equipment.
4. Inject an appropriate amount of chilled down medium into the reservoir (13.0L).
5. Set the required temperature (range 5~ 35 ° C) and Miscellaneous parameters through waterproof keyboard and LCD display.
6. Start the equipment and start the circulating pump (Flow rate 2-20L/min, maximum pressure 3.5bar).
7. The equipment starts to cool, and the PID system stabilizes the water temperature within the set value range of +/- 0.1 ° C.
8. The status can be monitored through the display screen during operation, and any alarms (lights and sound reminders) can be handled according to the display code.

* Power supply voltage needs to match (200~ 230VAC/50Hz).
When connecting the pipeline, make sure to use the matching RC1/2 interface specification.
* The equipment is 100% designed to allow continuous operation, but it is necessary to ensure that the water quality is clean, and the purification configuration can be selected.
When an alarm occurs, please check and deal with it according to the alarm code prompt on the display screen.
* The equipment is Floor-Standing fixed, please place it in a stable and well-ventilated position.
