Overview
The LABTOP UC36 chiller is a high-end model in the uChiller series, designed for high-quality requirements. Equipped with a pressure regulating protection bypass valve, this model has a complete protection and alarm system to meet the application needs of various industries. Optional water purification configuration is available to ensure clean circulating water quality, and a variety of alarm and output interfaces such as water pressure protection and water flow alarm are provided. The circulating pump can be equipped with an immersion pressure suction pump with low pressure and large Flow rate or a Miscellaneous high lift pressure pump.

Principle
The chiller chills down the circulating water through a refrigeration system (using an imported Compressor), and uses a high-performance circulating pump to transport the chilled down water to the equipment that needs to be cooled down. The system monitors the water temperature in real time through a Pt100 temperature sensor and is precisely adjusted by a professional PID controller to maintain the set temperature. Multiple Safety protection mechanisms (such as temperature, water pressure, overcurrent and overload protection) and an alarm system ensure stable and reliable operation.

Steps
1. Place the chiller on a smooth ground with Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 32 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
Connect the power supply (200~ 230VAC/50Hz).
3. Use the RC1/2 (4-point inner teeth) interface to connect the piping of the desired chilled down equipment.
4. Temperature range (5~ 35 ℃) and maximum/minimum temperature limit are set by waterproof keyboard and LCD display.
5. Start the equipment and the system will start to cool down.
6. During operation, the real-time temperature and status can be monitored through the display screen. If an alarm code is displayed, the problem can be troubleshooted according to the code prompt.

* Power supply voltage 200~ 230VAC/50Hz.
* The equipment is Floor-Standing, please place it in a stable and well-ventilated position.
* When connecting the pipeline, make sure the interface matches (RC1/2 internal tooth interface) and check the sealing.
When alarming, please promptly handle the fault according to the displayed alarm code.
Pay attention to the maximum and minimum temperature limits set by the machine and do not exceed the range.
Regularly check and maintain the quality of circulating water, and optional purification configurations are available to maintain clean water quality.
Equipment allows 100% continuous operation, but it is necessary to ensure good heat dissipation.
