Overview
The LABTOP UC027F is a split chiller that consists of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. The outdoor unit contains a refrigeration Compressor, a hot air machine, and a condenser, which is responsible for expelling the heat and main noise generated by refrigeration outside; the indoor unit contains a water pump, a water tank, and an evaporator, which operates quietly and has no heat output. This design significantly reduces equipment noise, improves operating comfort, and achieves greater refrigeration power output.

Principle
The split chiller carries out a refrigeration cycle through the refrigeration Compressor of the outdoor unit, and the heat generated is discharged from the hot air machine through the condenser to the outdoor. The low-temperature refrigerant exchanges heat with the circulating water in the evaporator of the indoor unit to reduce the water temperature. The water pump of the indoor unit drives the chilled down water to be circulated to the chilled down equipment, absorbs heat and returns it to the water tank to complete the chill down cycle. The intelligent PID Control system precisely adjusts the refrigeration output according to the set temperature to maintain the water temperature stability.
