Overview
The LABTOP UC220F chiller is a split design environment-friendly chiller consisting of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. The outdoor unit consists of a refrigeration Compressor, a hot air exhaust unit and a condenser, which is responsible for expelling the heat and main noise generated by the cooling outside. The indoor unit consists of a water pump, a water tank and an evaporator, which operates with no heat output and very low noise. This design significantly reduces equipment operating noise, improves operating comfort and provides greater refrigeration power.

Principle
The chiller adopts the principle of Compressor refrigeration cycle. The Compressor in the outdoor unit compresses the refrigerant into a high-temperature and high voltage gas, which is dissipated by the condenser (the heat is discharged from the fan to the outside) and then becomes a high voltage liquid. The liquid refrigerant enters the evaporator of the indoor unit through the throttling device, absorbs the heat of the circulating water in the evaporator and vaporizes it, so as to realize the purpose of chilling down the circulating water. The chilled down circulating water is transported by the high-performance water pump of the indoor unit to the equipment that needs to be chilled down, and after the heat is heated up, it returns to the chiller to chill down again, and so on.
