Overview
LABTOP DCC25 Dynamic High and Low Temperature All-in-One Machine is a thermostatic circulation device for the process. Small bath size and large refrigeration and Heating power are its distinctive features. It is suitable for external temperature control required for microchannel reactors, Reaction Kettles, small production and calorimetric experiments. It provides a wide temperature control range (-30 ° C to 200 ° C) and rapid temperature change Response, which can precisely control the external application temperature. The equipment has a built-in circulation pump to ensure that the bath temperature is not affected by external liquid flow, providing an economical solution for thermostatic tests.
Features
1. Professional control technology: the combination of CT technology and PID control technology, high temperature can be directly cooled, thermostatic Compressor without stopping, high temperature control accuracy.
2. Convenient operation: Configure touch LCD screen, intuitive display and convenient operation.
3. Real-time monitoring and regulation: Control system can monitor the pipeline outlet temperature, pressure, Flow rate in real time, and can automatically adjust the output temperature and Flow rate to meet the test requirements.
4. Stable and reliable system: high-performance high-mass spare parts, stable mass, reliable performance.
5. Multiple safety protection: with water shortage protection, temperature protection, water pressure protection, overheating and overcurrent protection, lighting and sound alarm at the same time.
6. Intelligent control function: A variety of interfaces (such as RS485 and RS232) can be selected to support remote control of the start and stop of circulating water pumps and refrigeration systems.
Principle
The device drives the heat transfer medium between the bath and the external application equipment (such as Reaction Kettle, microchannel reactor) through the internal circulation pump. The Control system combines CT and PID technology to precisely adjust the Heating power and refrigeration power according to the set temperature target and the real-time monitored outlet temperature, pressure, Flow rate and other parameters to achieve fast and stable control of the temperature of the application equipment. The Compressor can work continuously during the thermostatic process to ensure rapid and stable temperature Response.
Applications
Process temperature control, reactor temperature control, medium-sized Reaction Kettle system temperature control, temperature control of Reaction Kettle in chemical and biotechnology fields, performance testing of high and low temperature alternating materials, various thermal test platforms (such as automotive engine test benches, new energy automotive motor test benches, synchronous motors, asynchronous motors, reluctance motors and controller performance testing, industrial furnace thermal performance testing)
Standards
Safety level III (FL) in DIN12876 standard
Steps
1. Circulation lines connecting the device to external application devices such as the Reaction Kettle.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium into the bath (according to the standard, non-flammability or flammability liquids can be used).
3. Turn on the power supply and set the target temperature, heating/cooling rate and other parameters by touching the LCD screen.
4. Start the equipment, the internal circulation pump starts to work, and the system automatically heats or cools according to the settings.
5. During the operation of the equipment, the outlet temperature, pressure, Flow rate and other parameters can be monitored in real time through the screen.
6. After the test is completed, stop the operation of the equipment, disconnect the power supply, and perform pipeline emptying and cleaning as required.
Notice
Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the circulation pipeline connection is firm and free of leakage.
• Select the appropriate heat transfer medium (non-flammable or flammability liquid) according to application requirements and safety standards (DIN 12876 III (FL)).
• During operation, please pay attention to the equipment alarm prompts (such as water shortage, over temperature, over current, etc.), and deal with them in time.
When the equipment is running, do not touch high or low temperature parts to prevent burns or frostbite.
• Regularly check and maintain equipment to ensure the normal operation of circulating pumps, Compressors and other components.
• When making remote control or interface connections, please ensure that the optional functions of the device are met and operated correctly.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment without authorization.
