Principle
The device drives the heat transfer medium through the internal circulation pump to circulate between the bath and external application equipment (such as Reaction Kettle, Microchannel Reactor). Steps
1. Connect the equipment power supply and external circulation pipeline.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (non-flammability or flammability liquid) into the bath.
3. Turn on the power supply of the device and set the target temperature, temperature rise and cooling rate and other parameters by touching the LCD screen.
4. Start the internal circulation pump to circulate the medium.
5. The system will operate automatically, combining CT and PID technologies for heating or cooling to achieve and maintain the set temperature.
6. Monitor the outlet temperature, pressure, Flow rate and other parameters in real time through the screen, and manually fine-tune if necessary.
7. After use, stop the heating/cooling and circulation pumps according to the program and turn off the power.
Notice

• Select the appropriate heat transfer medium (non-flammable or flammability) according to the application requirements, and ensure that the liquid level is within a safe range to prevent water shortage operation.
