Overview
The LABTOP DCC250 Dynamic High and Low Temperature Integrated Machine is a thermostatic circulation device designed for the process. It is characterized by small bath size and large cooling and Heating power. The device provides a wide temperature control range from -20 ° C to 120 ° C, and has the ability to respond to rapid temperature changes. It is very suitable for scenarios that require external temperature control such as microchannel reactors, Reaction Kettles, small-scale production and calorimetric experiments. External temperature control and circulation applications can be realized by optional external circulation adapters and external temperature sensors. It is suitable for sample temperature control, material testing, quality control and chemical analysis. The device has built-in liquid level protection and over-temperature protection functions, meets the DIN12876 standard Safety level III (FL), and can use non-combustible or flammability bath liquids.
Features
1. Using CT technology and PID control technology combined with professional control technology to achieve high temperature direct cooling, thermostatic Compressor without stopping, high temperature control accuracy.
2. Configuration of touch LCD Control system, intuitive display, easy to operate.
3. Control system can monitor pipeline outlet temperature, pressure, Flow rate in real time, and can automatically adjust output temperature and output Flow rate to meet various testing needs.
4. Using high-performance and high-mass spare parts, the system is stable and reliable.
5. Equipped with multiple safety protection functions, including water shortage protection, temperature protection, water pressure protection, overheating and overcurrent protection, and simultaneous lighting and sound reminders when alarming.
6. Equipped with intelligent control functions, it can be equipped with a variety of interfaces (e.g. RS485, RS232), allowing for remote control of the start/stop of circulating water pumps and refrigeration systems.
Principle
The device heats or cools the medium (heat transfer fluid) in the bath to a set temperature through an internal thermostatic circulation system. The internal circulating pump drives the medium to circulate between the bath and external application equipment (e.g. Reaction Kettle, Microchannel Reactor), thus providing precise and stable temperature control for external processes. The control system combines CT technology and PID algorithms to monitor and adjust heating and refrigeration power in real time to quickly respond to temperature changes and maintain High Accuracy thermostatic state, ensuring precise temperature control for external applications.
Applications
Process temperature control, reactor temperature control, medium-sized Reaction Kettle system temperature control, temperature control of Reaction Kettle in chemical and biotechnology fields, performance testing of high and low temperature alternating materials, various thermal test platforms (such as automotive engine test benches, new energy automotive motor test benches, synchronous motors, asynchronous motors, reluctance motors and various matching controllers, etc.), thermal performance testing of industrial furnaces
Standards
DIN12876 Standard Safety level ⅲ (FL)
Steps
1. Connect the equipment power supply and external circulation pipeline.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium into the bath.
3. Set the target temperature and control parameters by touching the LCD screen.
4. Start the equipment, the internal circulation pump starts working, and the system starts heating or cooling according to the setting.
5. The equipment monitors and automatically adjusts parameters such as temperature and Flow rate in real time until it reaches a stable state.
6. Connect the inlet and outlet of external application equipment (such as Reaction Kettle) to the circulating interface of the all-in-one machine to start external temperature control.
7. After use, shut down according to the program and disconnect the power supply from the pipeline.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• Select the appropriate heat transfer medium (non-flammable or flammability liquid) according to the application requirements, and ensure that the liquid level is within a safe range.
During the operation of the equipment, do not touch high or low temperature parts to prevent burns or frostbite.
• Regularly check whether the circulation pipeline is unobstructed and for leaks.
• When the equipment issues an alarm (light and sound), the cause of the alarm (such as water shortage, over-temperature, over-current, etc.) should be checked immediately, and the failure can be eliminated before continued use.
• Before performing maintenance or cleaning, be sure to disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
• When the remote control function is optional, please follow the interface instructions to connect correctly.
