Optional external circulation adapter and external temperature sensor PT100 can realize external temperature control and circulation application, and has liquid level and over-temperature protection functions.

Principle
The device drives the heat transfer medium between the bath and external application equipment (such as Reaction Kettle) through the internal circulation pump. Using CT technology and PID control technology, combined with the heater and refrigeration Compressor, according to the difference between the set temperature and the actual temperature, quickly and accurately adjust the heating or refrigeration power to achieve temperature control of external application equipment. Optional external temperature sensor for external closed-loop temperature control.

Steps
1. Connect the device power supply to the external application pipeline.
2. Inject the appropriate heat transfer medium into the bath.
3. Set parameters such as target temperature and heating/cooling rate through Touchscreen.
4. Start the equipment and the internal circulation pump starts working.
5. The equipment automatically heats or cools according to the settings, and monitors and adjusts the temperature, pressure and Flow rate in real time.
6. After use, shut down according to the program and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• The equipment needs to use a heat conducting medium that meets the Safety level, either non-combustible bath liquid or flammability liquid can be used.
• Please ensure that the liquid level is normal before use to avoid running short of water.
