The LABTOP CC-1008E high and low temperature thermostatic circulator integrates heating and cooling functions, providing an economical solution for the sample to be placed directly in the water bath for thermostatic testing. The water bath body is made of all stainless steel, and the outside is insulated with thermal insulation cotton. The tank volume is 8L. Optional external circulation adapter and external temperature sensor PT100 for external temperature control and circulation applications without "+" in the model. Suitable for temperature control, material testing, quality control, analysis of samples, etc.

Principle
The device uses intelligent PID control technology, combined with proportional refrigeration control, CIT timely cooling technology and Cascade cascade control technology to precisely control the temperature in the water bath. The built-in maintenance-free pressure/suction pump drives the bath liquid for domestic circulation or external circulation, and ensures uniform temperature through mixing in both horizontal and vertical directions. The equipment uses environmentally friendly natural refrigerant and is equipped with Pt100 temperature sensor for temperature monitoring and calibrating.

Steps
1. Confirm whether the device is equipped with an external circulation adapter and an external temperature sensor PT100 as standard according to the model, or choose.
Place the device in an environment with Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 32 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%), and connect the power supply (200~ 230VAC/50Hz).
3. Add an appropriate amount of bath liquid to the Tank, pay attention to the liquid level, and the equipment has a low liquid level protection function.
4. Set the required temperature and control parameters through the LED display (if using multi-stage program control, each stage program needs to be set).
5. Select domestic circulation or connect external pipelines for external circulation applications as needed.
6. Start the equipment, the equipment will run automatically according to the setting, the Compressor will output the cooling capacity proportionally, and the pump will automatically adapt to the load.
7. During operation, remote monitoring or control can be performed through optional external interfaces such as RS485, RS232, analog signals, or switching signals.
8. After use, turn off the device according to the procedures.

• The Permissible Ambient Temperature of the equipment is 5~ 32 ° C, and the allowable relative humidity is 80%. Please ensure that it is used in an environment that meets the requirements.
• Power supply voltage is 200~ 230VAC/50Hz before use.
• Pay attention to the Tank level to prevent dry burning, the equipment has a low level alarm function.
The equipment has an over-temperature protection function, but it is still necessary to pay attention to safety when using it.
• If flammability liquids are required, ensure compliance with Safety level III/FL standards.
• Removable trend dust net cover needs regular maintenance and cleaning.
• According to actual needs, external alarms, solenoid valves and other accessories can be selected to expand the function.
• After the equipment is unexpectedly powered off, it can run automatically according to the preset three recovery modes, please set it in advance according to your needs.
• The pump is resistant to fiber and metal particulate matter, but it is still recommended to keep the bath clean.
Equipment is allowed to operate continuously for 100%, but regular inspections and maintenance are recommended.
