Overview
The LABTOP CC-2013E high and low temperature thermostatic circulator integrates heating and cooling functions, providing an economical solution for thermostatic testing of samples directly in the water bath. The water bath body is made of all stainless steel, externally insulated and insulated, and the Tank volume is 13L. This model comes standard with an external circulation adapter and an external temperature sensor PT100 for external temperature control and circulation applications. The pump is powerful, with a pressure of up to 0.7 bar and a suction force of up to 0.4 bar.

Principle
The thermostatic circulator performs precise temperature adjustment of the medium in the water bath by integrating the heating and cooling system combined with intelligent PID temperature control technology. Using proportional refrigeration control technology, according to the difference between the set temperature and the actual temperature, the refrigeration capacity is output proportionally to achieve high-efficiency and energy-saving temperature control. At the same time, domestic circulation or external circulation of the medium is carried out through the built-in pressure/suction pump, and with horizontal and vertical two-way stirring to ensure uniform temperature in the bath. When connecting the external PT100 temperature sensor, the Cascade cascade control and temperature difference lock control technology can be enabled to achieve precise control of the temperature of the material outside the bath.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect the power supply (200~ 230VAC/50Hz).
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium into the Tank to ensure that the liquid level meets the requirements.
3. According to the experimental requirements, set the target temperature and Miscellaneous parameters through the control panel (if using multi-stage program control, set the temperature, time and slope of each stage).
4. For external temperature control or circulation, connect the standard external circulation adapter and the external temperature sensor PT100.
5. Start the equipment, the equipment will start heating or cooling, the pump will start working, and the medium will be circulated and stirred.
6. During the operation of the equipment, the real-time temperature can be monitored through the LED display.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• The equipment is allowed to operate continuously at 100%, but it is necessary to ensure that the Ambient Temperature is used at 5~ 32 ° C and the relative humidity is ≤ 80%.
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage meets the requirements (200~ 230VAC/50Hz).
• Pay attention to the liquid level of the Tank to avoid low liquid level dry burning. The equipment has a low liquid level protection function. Please deal with the alarm in time.
Equipment is equipped with over-temperature protection, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term overload operation.
• When performing external circulation, make sure that the pipeline connection is firm to prevent leakage.
• Regularly clean the removable trend dust net cover to ensure heat dissipation and cooling effect.
• If flammability liquids are required, ensure compliance with Safety level III/FL.
• The device has a variety of power-off recovery modes, please set it correctly before operation according to actual needs.
• When performing maintenance or cleaning, please disconnect the power supply of the equipment first.
