Overview
The LABTOP CC-0520E high and low temperature thermostatic circulator integrates heating and cooling functions. The water bath body is made of all stainless steel and insulated, providing an economical solution for placing samples directly in the water bath for thermostatic testing. This model has a Tank volume of 20L, Temperature range -5~ 100 ° C, and is equipped with a pressure/suction pump to support domestic circulation and external circulation applications.

Principle
The thermostatic circulator monitors the temperature in real time through the intelligent PID Control system combined with the Pt100 temperature sensor. The system proportionally adjusts the Heating power and cooling capacity according to the deviation of the set value and the actual value (through the proportional refrigeration control technology) to achieve precise temperature control. The circulation pump drives the liquid in the bath for domestic circulation or external circulation, and ensures uniform temperature through horizontal and vertical two-way stirring. When the external Sensor is connected, the external material temperature can be precisely controlled by technologies such as Cascade cascade control.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect the power supply (200~ 230VAC/50Hz).
2. Inject an appropriate amount of bath liquid into the bath to ensure that the liquid level is normal and avoid dry burning.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature value (resolution 0.1 ° C) through the LED display.
4. Select domestic circulation or connect external circulation lines (interface M16x1) as needed.
5. If program control is required, a multi-stage program controller can be selected and installed.
6. If you need external temperature control, you can connect the external temperature sensor PT100.
7. Start the device, the system will start heating or cooling, and automatically adjust to the set temperature.
8. During the operation of the equipment, the real-time temperature and status can be monitored through the display screen.
9. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.

• Permissible Ambient Temperature of the equipment is 5~ 32 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%, please ensure that it is used in a suitable environment.
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage meets the requirements (200~ 230VAC/50Hz).
• Pay attention to the liquid level of the bath to avoid low liquid level dry burning. The equipment has a low liquid level protection function.
Equipment is equipped with over-temperature protection, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term overload operation.
• When applying external circulation, make sure that the external pipeline connection is firm and there is no leakage.
• Regularly clean the removable trend dust net cover to ensure heat dissipation and normal operation.
Before moving or maintaining equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
• Optional external alarm or control signal interface, please connect and use it correctly as required.
