Overview
The CC-2020E high and low temperature thermostatic circulator integrates heating and cooling functions. The water bath body is made of all stainless steel, and the outside is insulated by thermal insulation cotton, which provides an economical solution for the sample to be placed directly in the water bath for thermostatic test. It is suitable for temperature control, material testing, quality control, analysis of samples, etc., using environmentally friendly natural refrigeration, with liquid level protection and over-temperature protection functions.

Principle
The equipment adopts intelligent PID temperature Control mode, real-time monitoring of temperature through Pt100 temperature sensor, combined with professional PID TAC control technology, Cascade cascade control technology and temperature difference lock control technology inside and outside the bath, accurately control the temperature of materials inside and outside the bath. Output cooling capacity on demand through proportional refrigeration control technology, cooperate with CIT timely cooling technology implementation to quickly cool down, and at the same time, stir the bath liquid in both horizontal and vertical directions through pressure/suction pump to make the temperature distribution more uniform.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (200~ 230VAC/50Hz)
2. Check the liquid level to ensure it is within a safe range
3. Set the required temperature parameters
4. Select the operation mode (Mode 1, Mode 2 or Mode 3)
5. Start the device running
6. External circulation adapter and external temperature sensor can be connected as needed
7. Monitor equipment operation status
Notice
• Equipment should be used at Permissible Ambient Temperature 5~ 32 ° C and relative humidity 80%
• Make sure the liquid level is normal before use to prevent dry burning
• Regularly clean the trending dust net cover
• Pay attention to the maximum pressure of the pump 0.3bar and the maximum suction force 0.2bar limit
• The equipment is fixed by Floor-Standing and needs to be placed smoothly
• Safety level III/FL requirements when using flammability liquids
• After the power is disconnected, it can automatically resume operation according to the set mode
