Overview
The LABTOP CC-0527E high and low temperature thermostatic circulator integrates heating and cooling functions. The water bath body is made of all stainless steel, and the external heat insulation provides an economical solution for the thermostatic test of the sample directly placed in the water bath. This model has a Tank volume of 27L and a Temperature range of -5~ 100 ° C. It comes standard with an external circulation adapter and an external temperature sensor PT100. The pump pressure can reach 0.3 bar and the suction force can reach 0.2 bar. suitable for sample temperature control, material testing, quality control, analysis and other fields.

Principle
The device precisely adjusts the temperature of the medium in the water bath through an integrated heating and cooling system combined with intelligent PID temperature control technology. With proportional refrigeration control technology, the Compressor does not need to output 100%, and provides cooling capacity on demand. Equipped with a pressure/suction pump, the liquid in the tank can be circulated and stirred, and the external temperature sensor PT100 and cascade control technology can achieve precise temperature control of the external materials of the bath.

Steps
1. Ensure that the power supply of the equipment meets the requirements (200~ 230VAC/50Hz), the Ambient Temperature is 5~ 32 ℃, and the relative humidity is ≤ 80%.
2. Add the appropriate medium to the appropriate liquid level in the Tank to ensure that the liquid level protection function is normal.
3. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
4. Set the required temperature parameters through the LED display. For multi-stage program control, use the optional multi-stage programmable controller to set.
5. For external temperature control or circulation, connect the standard external circulation adapter and the external temperature sensor PT100.
6. Select the domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed, and start the pressure/suction pump.
7. When the equipment starts working, the intelligent PID Control system will automatically adjust the heating and cooling to maintain the set temperature.
8. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is used under allowable environmental conditions (temperature 5~ 32 ℃, Humidity ≤ 80%).
• Please check the liquid level before use to avoid dry burning, and pay attention to the low liquid level protection alarm prompt.
Equipment is equipped with over-temperature protection, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term overload operation.
• Before performing maintenance (such as cleaning the dust net cover), be sure to disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
• If flammability liquids are required, ensure compliance with Safety level III/FL.
When connecting external devices or performing remote control, please refer to the optional function description for proper wiring.
• The maximum pressure of the pump is 0.3 bar, and the maximum suction force is 0.2 bar. Please do not use it beyond the limit.
The equipment is allowed to operate continuously for 100%, but it is still recommended to check the operating status regularly.
