Overview
The LABTOP CC-2013 high and low temperature thermostatic circulator integrates heating and cooling functions, providing an economical solution for the thermostatic test of the sample directly in the water bath. The water bath body is made of all stainless steel and the exterior is insulated by thermal insulation cotton. This model has a Tank volume of 13L and a Temperature range of -20~ 220 ℃. It comes standard with an external circulation adapter and an external temperature sensor PT100. It is suitable for temperature control of samples, material testing, quality control and chemical analysis.

Principle
The device monitors the bath temperature in real time through the intelligent PID Control system, combined with the built-in Pt100 temperature sensor. The system proportionally adjusts the output of Heating power and refrigeration Compressor according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature (using proportional refrigeration control technology) to achieve accurate temperature control. The equipped pressure/suction pump drives the bath liquid to circulate in the tank (domestic circulation) or through the external interface (external circulation), and ensures uniform temperature through horizontal and vertical stirring. When connecting the external temperature sensor, the system can switch to the cascade control mode for feedback control directly according to the temperature of the external material.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect the power supply (200~ 230VAC/50Hz).
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium to the bath to ensure that the liquid level meets the requirements.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature value and Miscellaneous parameters (such as operation mode) through the LED display and controller.
4. For external temperature control or circulation, connect the standard external circulation adapter and the external temperature sensor PT100.
5. Start the equipment, start the heating and cooling system, and start the pump simultaneously for circulation and stirring.
6. During the operation of the equipment, the real-time temperature and working status can be monitored through the display screen.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power of the device and drain or retain the medium in the bath as needed.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the Ambient Temperature is between 5 and 32 ° C, and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
• Do not run the device when the liquid level is too low to prevent triggering low liquid level protection or causing dry burning.
When the equipment is running, do not touch high or low temperature surfaces to prevent burns or frostbite.
• Before performing maintenance (e.g. cleaning the dust net), be sure to disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
• Power supply voltage that meets equipment requirements and ensure good grounding.
• When using flammability liquids as bath liquids, ensure that the operating environment meets the requirements of Safety level III/FL.
• The maximum pressure of the pump is 0.2 bar, and the maximum suction force is 0.1 bar. Do not operate beyond this load.
• The equipment is allowed to operate continuously (100% duty cycle), but it is necessary to ensure that there is sufficient heat dissipation space.
When handling or moving equipment, pay attention to its Dimensions (350 * 400 * 660mm) and weight to avoid dumping.
• If the equipment is not used for a long time, it is recommended to empty the liquid in the bath and keep it drying.
