Overview
The LABTOP CC-3013 high and low temperature thermostatic circulator integrates heating and cooling functions. The water bath body is made of all stainless steel, and the external heat insulation provides an economical solution for the thermostatic test of the sample directly placed in the water bath. This model has a Tank volume of 13L and a Temperature range of -30~ 220 ° C. It comes standard with an external circulation adapter and an external temperature sensor PT100. The pump function is more powerful, the pressure can reach 0.7bar, and the suction force can reach 0.4bar. It is suitable for temperature control of samples, material testing, quality control and chemical analysis.

Principle
The thermostatic circulator uses the Pt100 temperature sensor to accurately sense temperature changes through intelligent PID Control mode. System integration of heating and cooling functions, using proportional cooling control technology, according to the difference between the set temperature and the current temperature, according to the proportional output cooling capacity, instead of Compressor full Power operation, to achieve high-efficiency and energy-saving temperature regulation. At the same time, through the pressure/suction pump to drive the bath liquid for domestic circulation or external circulation, and combined with horizontal and vertical two-way stirring to ensure uniform temperature in the bath. When external temperature control, external temperature sensors can be connected, and the use of Cascade cascade control technology, to achieve precise control of the temperature of the external material bath.

Steps
1. Check the Power supply voltage (200~ 230VAC/50Hz) and environmental conditions (Permissible Ambient Temperature 5~ 32 ℃, relative humidity 80%).
2. Add an appropriate amount of bath liquid to the Tank, pay attention to the liquid level, and avoid dry burning.
3. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
4. Set the required temperature and control parameters through the LED display and controller (if necessary, multi-stage programming can be performed).
5. If external circulation temperature control is required, connect the external circulation pipeline and the external temperature sensor PT100.
6. Start the equipment, start the heating or cooling system, and start the pump at the same time for circulating stirring.
7. During the operation of the equipment, the real-time temperature and status can be monitored through the display screen.
8. After the experiment, power off the device and disconnect the external connection (if any).
9. Clean equipment, especially removable trend dust net cover.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (200~ 230VAC/50Hz) before use.
• Equipment should operate at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 32 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Pay attention to the Tank level to prevent low-level dry burning. The equipment has a low-level protection function.
The equipment has an over-temperature protection function, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term over-temperature operation.
• The pump connection interface is M16x1, please ensure good sealing when connecting the external circulation pipeline.
• The equipment is Floor-Standing fixed, please place it in a stable and well-ventilated position.
• Allows 100% continuous operation, but regular inspections and maintenance are recommended.
When cleaning or maintaining, disconnect the power supply.
• Optional functions (such as multi-stage programming, external interfaces, alarm touch points, etc.) need to be operated according to the actual configuration.
• The buzzer alarm volume can be set to audible or silent mode as required.
