Overview
The LABTOP CC-3017 high and low temperature thermostatic circulator integrates heating and cooling functions, providing an economical solution for the sample to be placed directly in the water bath for thermostatic testing. The water bath body is made of all stainless steel, with external thermal insulation, Tank volume is 17L, Temperature range is -30~ 220 ℃. The model comes standard with an external circulation adapter and an external temperature sensor PT100, which is suitable for sample temperature control, material testing, quality control, analysis and other fields.

Principle
The device precisely monitors the temperature through an intelligent PID Control system combined with a Pt100 temperature sensor. Utilizes a heater to heat up and uses a proportional refrigeration control technology that allows the Compressor to output cooling capacity on demand to achieve cooling. Its CIT technology allows direct start of the Compressor at high temperatures. The built-in pressure/suction pump drives the bath liquid for domestic circulation or external circulation and ensures uniform temperature in the tank through horizontal and vertical stirring. Accurate temperature control of the external material of the bath can be achieved through an external temperature sensor and cascade control technology.

Steps
1. Ensure that the power supply of the equipment meets the requirements (200~ 230VAC/50Hz) and is placed under the allowable environmental conditions (temperature 5~ 32 ℃, Humidity ≤ 80%).
2. Add an appropriate amount of bath liquid to the bath, pay attention to the liquid level, and avoid dry burning.
3. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
4. Set the required temperature and Miscellaneous parameters through the control panel (if necessary, program segments can be set).
5. Select domestic circulation or connect external pipelines for external circulation applications as needed.
6. Start the device and it will automatically operate to reach and maintain the set temperature.
7. After use, press the stop button, turn off the power, and perform necessary cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
* Please ensure that the device operates at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 32 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
Please check the liquid level of the bath before use. The equipment has a low liquid level protection function to prevent dry burning.
* Equipment meets Safety level III/FL and can use flammability liquids, but safety is still required when operating.
* Regularly clean the removable trend dust net cover to keep the equipment well dissipated.
* According to actual requirements, select the appropriate power failure recovery mode on the control panel.
When performing external circulation, ensure that the piping connection is correct and firm.
Equipment allows continuous operation (100% duty cycle), but long-term operation should be checked regularly.
