Overview
The LABTOP CC-2027 high and low temperature thermostatic circulator integrates heating and cooling functions, providing an economical solution for the sample to be placed directly in the water bath for thermostatic testing. The water bath body is made of all stainless steel, with external thermal insulation, and the Tank volume is 27L. This model comes standard with an external circulation adapter and an external temperature sensor PT100, which is suitable for the fields of temperature control, material testing, quality control and chemical analysis of samples. The instrument uses environmentally friendly natural refrigerants, and has liquid level protection and over-temperature protection functions.

Principle
The thermostatic circulator monitors the temperature in real time through an intelligent PID Control system combined with a Pt100 temperature sensor. The system proportionally adjusts the Heating power and cooling output according to the deviation of the set temperature from the actual temperature (using proportional refrigeration control technology) to achieve precise temperature control. The equipped pressure/suction pump drives the bath liquid for domestic circulation in the system and ensures uniform temperature in the tank through horizontal and vertical stirring. When connecting an external circulation adapter and an external Sensor, the system can be extended for precise temperature control of external materials.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth, well-ventilated environment and connect the power supply (220VAC 50HZ).
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium to the bath to ensure that the liquid level meets the requirements.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature through the LED display.
4. Select domestic circulation or connect external pipelines for external circulation applications as needed.
5. Start the device and the system will start heating or cooling to reach the set temperature.
6. After the temperature stabilizes, the sample can be placed in the bath or connected external container for thermostatic test.
7. After the test, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
* Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements (220VAC 50HZ).
* Ambient Temperature of the equipment should be between 5 and 32 ° C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
When adding heat conduction medium to the bath, please pay attention to observe the liquid level to avoid dry burning. The equipment has a low liquid level protection function.
* The equipment is allowed to run continuously, but it is necessary to ensure that the surrounding is well ventilated and not blocked from entering and leaving trends.
When performing external circulation, make sure that the connecting piping is firm and free of leakage.
When cleaning the equipment, please disconnect the power supply first to prevent liquids from entering the internal electrical parts of the equipment.
* Regularly clean the removable trend dust net cover to ensure the heat dissipation effect.
If the equipment alarms (e.g. low liquid level, over temperature), please deal with it in time according to the prompts, and then use it after troubleshooting.
Before moving or repairing equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply.
