Overview
The external circulation high and low temperature thermostatic circulator iCooler- 4006P provides an economical and environmentally friendly high and low temperature thermostatic circulation solution for laboratories. Its compact structure, small size, and quiet work can be used in a desktop or fume cupboard. The product provides three external circulation Temperature control modes of internal control, sample control, and tracking setting control, which can control the temperature of the sink, the temperature of the external material and the slope respectively. The program control type supports 30-stage programming, which is convenient for multi-stage control of heating, thermostatic, and cooling. It is especially suitable for temperature control of Glass/Metal Reaction Kettle jackets and internal materials, as well as Miscellaneous applications that require external thermostatic.

Principle
The device works through the external circulation Temperature control mode, using a pressure/suction pump to transport the circulating medium in the Thermostatic bath to an external device (such as the Reaction Kettle jacket) to achieve temperature control of the target material. Combined with proportional refrigeration, PID control and CIT technology, the temperature of the circulating medium can be accurately and quickly adjusted, and real-time monitoring and feedback can be carried out through internal and external Pt100 temperature sensors to ensure temperature stability. Supports program control, and can automatically perform multi-stage temperature change process according to the preset temperature Linear dispersion.

Steps
1. Check the liquid level of the equipment to ensure that it is within the window range.
2. Connect the external equipment line to the pump interface (ID = 8).
3. Turn on the power supply (200~ 230VAC/50Hz).
4. Select the temperature control mode (internal control, sample control, or tracking setting control) through the Touchscreen.
5. Set the target temperature and program (if program control is required, up to 30 programs can be edited).
6. Start the equipment, the pump starts working, and the system automatically adjusts the temperature.
7. Temperature and equipment status can be monitored through the screen during operation.
8. After use, stop the device according to the program and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Please ensure that the device operates at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 32 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Be sure to check the liquid level before operation to avoid running short of water.
When connecting external devices, pay attention to the interface specification (ID = 8) and ensure that the pipeline connection is firm.
• The equipment is equipped with a variety of protection functions. When alarming, please check the fault in time according to the displayed alarm code.
• The buzzer alarm tone can be set to audible or silent mode as required.
• When calibrating the temperature, you can use the single point or two point Adjustment provided by the equipment.
The equipment supports continuous operation (100% duty cycle), but it needs to ensure good heat dissipation.
Before moving or maintaining equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
