Overview
The LABTOP CC-1015 Pro calibrate Thermostatic bath is a High Accuracy temperature calibrating device belonging to the calibrate Thermostatic bath quasi-series. The device features a horizontal design, small size, suitable for desktop operation, and has a Temperature range of -10 ° C to 250 ° C. Its internal jet circulation technology, combined with the High Accuracy four-wire Pt100 Sensor, achieves excellent Temperature uniformity （ +/- 0.01 ° C) and Stability （ +/- 0.01 ° C). The instrument is equipped with LCD Touchscreen, which can intuitively display the set temperature, actual temperature, reference temperature and machine status. It is suitable for Measurement, inspection, R & D and production fields that require high temperature accuracy.

Principle
The Calibrate Thermostatic bath precisely controls the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the built-in heating and cooling system (Heating power 2000W, refrigeration power 600W). The equipment uses jet technology to drive the medium for internal circulation, and combines horizontal and vertical stirring to ensure a highly uniform temperature in the tank. The temperature control core relies on the High Accuracy four-wire Pt100 temperature sensor for real-time monitoring and feedback, and the temperature is stable and accurate through the precision Control system. Fluctuation can reach +/- 0.005~ 0.01 ° C.

• The equipment has a low liquid level protection function. When the liquid level is too low, it will trigger light and sound alarms, which need to be dealt with in time.

• The buzzer can be set to sound or silent mode as required.
• The device supports the automatic recovery function of accidental power failure, but the operating status needs to be confirmed after recovery.
