The LABTOP CC-0517 Pro calibrated Thermostatic bath is a precision temperature control device with a vertical design, suitable for desktop calibrated testing. Temperature range is -5~ 100 ℃, using High Accuracy 4-wire Pt100 temperature sensor, temperature Stability up to +/- 0.01 ℃, LCD touch screen operation, real-time display of set temperature, actual temperature, reference temperature and machine status. The device is particularly suitable for experimental and factory applications with high temperature accuracy requirements.

Principle
Calibrate Thermostatic bath uses jet technology to force circulation of the medium in the bath through the internal circulation system to achieve rapid and uniform distribution of temperature in the bath. The High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor monitors the temperature in real time, and the Control system precisely adjusts the Heating power based on feedback to maintain the set temperature and ensure excellent temperature Stability and uniformity.

Steps
Place the device on a stable desktop with Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 32 ° C) and Humidity (≤ 80%), and connect it to a 200~ 230VAC/50Hz power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of bath liquid to the Tank, pay attention to the liquid level, and avoid triggering a low liquid level alarm.
3. Set the required temperature and Miscellaneous parameters (e.g. buzzer mode) through the LCD touch screen.
4. Start the equipment, start the internal pump, and stir the bath liquid horizontally and vertically.
5. After the actual temperature stabilizes at the set value, calibrating or testing can be carried out.
6. After use, turn off the device according to the procedures.

* Please ensure that the device works at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 32 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
Please check the liquid level of the bath before use to avoid alarming or damaging the equipment due to low liquid level.
* The power requirements of the equipment are 200~ 230VAC/50Hz, please ensure that the voltage matches.
* When moving or removing the standard black body, please use its left and right handles to ensure safe operation.
* The parts in contact with the bath are specific materials, do not use incompatible chemical media to avoid corrosion.
The device has a power-off recovery function, but when it restarts after an unplanned power outage, it is still necessary to check the operating status.
