LABTOP MSC-2005W Magnetic Stirring High and Low Temperature Reaction Bath is a device using two-stage Compressor cascade refrigeration technology, which can achieve wide temperature control from -20 ° C to 100 ° C, with a temperature Stability of +/- 0.1 ° C. It is equipped with a strong magnetic stirring system, which can synchronize high-efficiency stirring in the tank and in the reaction vessel to ensure uniform temperature and good accuracy of the sample, especially suitable for low temperature and high viscosity tests. Principle
The device realizes strong cooling through a two-stage Compressor cascade refrigeration system to quickly reach and maintain the set low temperature. The built-in strong Magnetic Stirrer drives the stirrer in the tank to form an eddy current, and at the same time drives the magnetic stirrer placed in the reaction vessel to synchronize the swirl/spin, so that the sample maintains a uniform temperature for a long time. With the adjustable telescopic cover, the sealing Tank effectively reduces the cooling loss and the external heat exchange, so as to achieve a long-term and stable low temperature control environment without the need for consumable refrigerants such as dry ice.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth desktop or ventilated cabinet and connect the power supply (200~ 230VAC/50Hz).
2. Add an appropriate amount of freezer to the Tank.
3. Place the reaction vessel to be tested in the tank and adjust the size of the expansion cover according to the diameter of the vessel.
4. Place the magnetic stirrer into the reaction vessel.
5. Set the target temperature and stirring Rotation speed (100~ 1200rpm) through the waterproof keyboard.
6. Select the power-off recovery operation mode (mode 1, mode 2 or mode 3) as needed.
7. Start the equipment and it will start cooling/heating and stirring.
8. During the experiment, the real-time temperature and status can be monitored through the LED display.
9. After the experiment, turn off the power of the equipment, remove the sample and stirrer, and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Permissible Ambient Temperature of the equipment is 5~ 32 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%, please ensure that it is used in a suitable environment.
• Power supply voltage in 200~ 230VAC/50Hz range.
Equipment is allowed to operate continuously, but it is necessary to ensure good heat dissipation.
• Before use, please confirm that Tank volume (5L) and opening dimensions (φ 210 * 150mm) meet the experimental requirements.
• Please pay attention to the alarm prompt (light and sound) when operating, and set the buzzer as needed.
When calibrating the temperature, use the Pt100 Sensor and follow the specifications.
• If you need remote control, please confirm that the corresponding intelligent control interface (RS485/RS232) is selected.
• When the device is running, do not cover the ventilating port and avoid liquid splashing into the keyboard area.
• Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
