Overview
The LABTOP MSC-4005EW Magnetic Stirring High and Low Temperature Reaction Bath is a two-stage Compressor cascade refrigeration technology equipment that can achieve a Temperature range as low as -40 ° C. It integrates a strong magnetic stirring function, which can be efficiently stirred simultaneously in the tank and in the reaction vessel to ensure uniform temperature of the sample, good accuracy, and is particularly suitable for viscosity testing at low temperatures. The equipment is equipped with an adjustable diameter telescopic cover, which effectively reduces the evaporation and heat exchange of the refrigerant, and realizes a stable low temperature environment for a long time.

Principle
The device realizes strong cooling through a two-stage Compressor cascade refrigeration system to quickly chill down the medium in the bath to a set low temperature. At the same time, the built-in strong Magnetic Stirrer drives the swirl/spin stirrer in the tank, and drives the stirrer placed in the reaction vessel to run synchronously through magnetic coupling, thus forming a uniform eddy current in the bath and the reaction vessel to ensure the uniform temperature of the sample. The adjustable telescopic cover adapts the opening according to the size of the reaction vessel to effectively isolate the environment, reduce the loss of cooling capacity and medium volatilization, so as to maintain stable low temperature experimental conditions for a long time.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth desktop or ventilated cabinet and connect the power supply (200~ 230VAC/50Hz).
2. Add an appropriate amount of freezer to the bath.
3. Place the reaction vessel in the bath and adjust the diameter of the telescopic lid according to the size of the vessel.
4. Place the magnetic stirrer into the reaction vessel.
5. Set the target temperature and stirring Rotation speed (100~ 1200rpm) through the waterproof keyboard.
6. Start the equipment, and the refrigeration and mixing systems start working.
7. During the operation of the equipment, the real-time temperature and status can be monitored through the LED display.
8. After the experiment, turn off the power of the equipment and remove the reaction vessel and stirrer.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature of the equipment should be maintained at 5~ 32 ℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
• Power supply voltage in the range of 200~ 230VAC.
• The amount of freezer in the bath should be moderate to avoid overflow or insufficient.
• Please confirm that the magnetic stirrer has been correctly placed into the reaction vessel before use.
When adjusting the expansion cover, make sure it fits well with the reaction vessel to reduce volatilization.
• When the equipment alarms, please check and deal with it according to the lighting and sound prompts in time.
• According to the experimental requirements, select the appropriate power failure recovery mode in the settings in advance.
The equipment is allowed to operate continuously, but it is necessary to ensure that the environment is well ventilated.
When calibrating temperature, use a standard Pt100 Sensor.
