Overview
Magnetic stirring high and low temperature reaction bath MSC series is an equipment using two-stage Compressor cascade refrigeration technology, which can achieve a low temperature environment as low as -80 ℃. It forms a vortex in the tank through a strong magnetic stirrer, so that the magnetic stirrer in the reaction vessel swirl/spin synchronously, so as to maintain the uniform temperature of the sample for a long time and stably, with good accuracy. The equipment is especially suitable for viscosity test at low temperature, and is equipped with an adjustable diameter telescopic cover to reduce the evaporation of the frozen liquid and external heat exchange, to achieve a stable low temperature environment, and solve the problem that the frozen liquid such as dry ice cannot maintain a stable low temperature for a long time.

Principle
The equipment realizes strong refrigeration through a two-stage Compressor cascade refrigeration system to quickly achieve and maintain the set low temperature environment. The strong magnetic stirrer swirl/spin in the tank drives the magnetic stirrer in the reaction vessel to swirl/spin synchronously to stir the sample to form a vortex, thus ensuring the uniform temperature of the sample. The adjustable telescopic cover effectively reduces the heat exchange and volatilization of the frozen liquid in the Tank with the outside world, and jointly maintains a long-term stable low temperature reaction environment.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable desktop or ventilated cabinet and connect the power supply (200~ 230VAC/50Hz).
2. According to the size of the reaction vessel, adjust the diameter of the expansion cover.
3. Set the required temperature (range -40~ 100 ℃) and stirring Rotation speed (range 100~ 1200rpm) through waterproof keyboard and high-brightness LED display.
4. Start the equipment, the two-stage Compressor starts to work, and the strong magnetic stirrer swirls/spins synchronously.
5. During the operation of the equipment, the real-time temperature can be monitored through the display screen.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power of the device.
Notice
• The equipment is allowed to operate continuously at 100%, but it is necessary to ensure that the Ambient Temperature is between 5 and 32 ° C and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage meets the requirements (200~ 230VAC/50Hz).
• According to the experimental requirements, select the appropriate power-off recovery operation mode before the equipment is powered on.
• Pay attention to the adjustment of the expansion cover to ensure that it fits well with the reaction vessel to reduce refrigerant loss.
• When the alarm function is turned on, please pay attention to the sound and light prompts and deal with abnormal situations in time.
When calibrating the temperature, use the specified Pt100 Sensor and follow the procedure.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the ventilating port to ensure good heat dissipation.
