Overview
LABTOP MSC-4005W + Magnetic Stirring High and Low Temperature Reaction Bath is a Benchtop equipment using two-stage Compressor cascade refrigeration technology. Temperature range can reach -40 ℃ to 100 ℃. It forms a vortex in the tank through a built-in strong magnetic stirrer to achieve long-term stability and uniformity of the sample temperature, especially suitable for low temperature viscosity testing. The equipment is equipped with an adjustable diameter telescopic cover, which effectively reduces the evaporation and heat exchange of the refrigerant, provides a stable low temperature environment, and solves the problem that refrigerants such as dry ice cannot maintain low temperature for a long time.

Principle
The device realizes strong refrigeration based on a two-stage Compressor cascade refrigeration system, chilling down the medium (frozen liquid) in the bath to a set low temperature. At the same time, the built-in strong magnetic drive drives the magnetic stirrer in the tank to swirl/spin at high speed to form a uniform vortex flow field in the bath, and synchronously drives the stirrer swirl/spin placed in the reaction vessel through magnetic coupling, so as to achieve uniform stirring and temperature control of the reaction material. The adjustable telescopic cover seals most of the bath openings, effectively isolates the environment and maintains the temperature stability in the tank.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth desktop or ventilated cabinet and connect the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of freezer to the bath.
3. Place the reaction vessel into the bath and adjust the size of the expansion cover according to the diameter of the vessel.
4. Put a magnetic stirrer in the reaction vessel.
5. Set the required temperature and stirring speed parameters through the waterproof keyboard.
6. Start the equipment, and the refrigeration and mixing systems start working.
7. During the operation of the equipment, the LED screen displays temperature and other information in real time, and the experiment can be started after the set conditions are met.
8. After the experiment, turn off the power supply of the equipment and remove the experimental container.
9. If external circulation is required, connect the corresponding pipeline and start the external circulation function.
