Overview
The LABTOP BC227E bath thermostatic circulator is a thermostatic circulator with a heating head that can reach room temperature or -20 ° C by chilling down the coil and external circulating water or chilling down the bath. The bath body is made of all stainless steel and filled with aluminum silicate cotton insulation, providing an economical solution for placing the sample directly in the bath for thermostatic testing. Optional external circulation adapter and external temperature sensor PT100 for external temperature control and cycling applications, suitable for sample temperature control, material testing, quality control and analysis.

1. Hardware over-temperature protection, users can set the protection temperature through the knob, and dry burning can still be avoided when the equipment program fails. It meets the DIN12876 standard level III and can use flammability bath liquid.

Principle
The BC227E bath thermostatic circulator achieves temperature control through a heating head and chill down coil combined with external circulating water or chilled down bath. Temperature range from -20 ° C to 150 ° C. Intelligent PID control technology and Pt100 temperature sensor, combined with optional external temperature sensor and cascade control technology, precisely adjust the temperature inside and outside the bath. The pump system is a pressure/suction pump that automatically adapts to external loads to ensure stable circulation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the Ambient Temperature is within the range of 5~ 32 ° C.
Select the operation mode (Mode 1, Mode 2 or Mode 3) as required.
3. Set the temperature parameters and use the knob to set the over-temperature protection.
4. Start the equipment and monitor temperature fluctuations and pump operation status.
5. Optional external Sensor or accessories for extended application.
6. After use, turn off the device according to the specifications.
