Overview
The BC220 bath thermostatic circulator is a thermostatic circulator with a heating head. With the help of external circulating water or chilled down liquid tank, the temperature can reach room temperature or -20 ° C. The bath body is made of all stainless steel and filled with aluminum silicate cotton insulation, providing an economical solution for the sample to be placed directly in the bath for thermostatic testing. Optional external circulation adapter and external temperature sensor PT100 can be used for external temperature control and recycling applications, suitable for sample temperature control, material testing, quality control, analysis, etc.
Features
1. Hardware over-temperature protection, the user can set the protection temperature through the knob, in the case of equipment program failure, it can still be over-temperature protection to avoid dry burning, in line with DIN12876 standard level III, flammability bath liquid can be used.

Principle
The device is a thermostatic circulation device with a heating head. Temperature range from room temperature to -20 ° C can be achieved with the help of the chill down coil, with the help of external circulating water or chill down tank temperature regulation. Precise temperature control is achieved through intelligent PID control technology and Pt100 temperature sensor, and the pressure/suction pump automatically adapts to the external load to ensure stable circulation.

Steps
1. According to application requirements, optional external circulation adapter, external temperature sensor PT100 or Miscellaneous accessories.
2. Set the hardware overtemperature protection temperature through the knob.
3. Select the operation mode (such as power failure recovery mode) as needed.
