The OBC220B is an open bath thermostatic circulator from the LABTOP brand. It uses a stainless steel water bath with a maximum Operating temperature of + 200 ° C and a volume of 20L. The OBC220B open bath thermostatic circulator achieves temperature control through a built-in heating system and chill down coil. The heating system provides the ability to heat up, while the chill down coil is chilled down with external circulating water, allowing the temperature to reach room temperature. The equipment uses intelligent PID control technology and a Pt100 temperature sensor for precise temperature adjustment. 1. Place the device on a stable countertop and connect it to a power supply (200~ 230VAC/50Hz). 2. According to the experimental requirements, add an appropriate amount of bath liquid (water or oil) to the stainless steel bath. 3. Turn on the power supply of the device and set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the control panel. 4. For external temperature control or circulation, the optional external circulation adapter and external temperature sensor PT100 can be connected. 5. Start the device, the thermostatic circulator starts to work, and the bath temperature is adjusted and stabilized at the set value. 6. During the experiment, the running status can be monitored and adjusted through the panel or optional remote interface. 7. After the experiment, turn off the power of the equipment, drain the bath liquid, and perform cleaning and maintenance.
