Overview
The iMCoolero-402 is an input cooler produced by the LABTOP brand. It is cooled by a Compressor and uses an evaporator to directly exchange heat with the liquid medium to achieve rapid cooling, with a minimum temperature of -40 ° C. The equipment is an excellent choice for continuous cooling. It can efficiently replace dry ice for ultra-low temperature experiments. It has the characteristics of high chill down efficiency, small footprint and fast cooling speed. It can be used in conjunction with a heating circulator to reduce the system temperature below room temperature.

Principle
The input cooler drives the refrigeration cycle through the Compressor, and the refrigerant directly exchanges heat with the liquid medium to be cooled down in the evaporator to absorb heat and reduce the liquid temperature. At the same time, the equipment adopts an intelligent PID-controlled temperature controller, which precisely monitors the temperature through the Pt100 temperature sensor to realize the thermostatic and chill down control of the liquid medium.

Steps
1. Put the equipment into the liquid medium to be chilled down.
Connect the power supply (200~ 230VAC/50Hz).
3. Set the desired target temperature (range -40 to 40 ° C) through the temperature controller.
4. Start the equipment, the Compressor starts to work, and the liquid is cooled by the evaporator.
5. The device is automatically adjusted through intelligent PID control to maintain the stability of the set temperature (Fluctuation +/- 0.5K).
6. After the experiment is completed or the required temperature is reached, turn off the power supply of the equipment.
Notice
Equipment is allowed to operate continuously, but it needs to be used at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 32 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
