Overview
The iMCoolero-805 Input Cooler is a Floor-Standing device with flexible stainless steel bellows that can be wound into different shapes and placed in dewar bottles. By combining an external PT100 temperature sensor, the liquid in the dewar bottle can be precisely controlled to control the temperature of the sample in the beaker, and the minimum temperature can be precisely controlled up to -80 ° C. The device is an excellent choice for continuous cooling, which can quickly chill down the liquid to low or ultra-low temperature, replace dry ice for ultra-low temperature experiments, and is equipped with casters for easy movement.
Features
1. Can replace ice salt, dry ice, liquidnitrogen for low temperature experiment, low temperature up to -80 ℃.
2. It is convenient to use with the open heating circulator to make the bath temperature reach room temperature or below, and achieve rapid cooling down.
3. Easy to operate.
4. Small size, light weight, can be easily placed on the table.
5. Equipped with temperature alarm function.
6. When the alarm is called, the light and sound are reminded at the same time.
7. Temperature Adjustment.
8. Key components of the refrigeration system such as Compressors and circulating fans are imported from large factories.
Principle
The device generates cooling capacity through a built-in refrigeration system (using R404A/R23 refrigerant), and transmits the cooling capacity to the liquid in the dewar bottle through a flexible stainless steel bellows. The external Pt100 temperature sensor monitors the liquid temperature in real time and feeds back the signal to the intelligent PID Control system. By adjusting the cooling output, precise control of the liquid temperature in the dewar bottle is realized, thereby indirectly controlling the temperature of the sample in the beaker.
Applications
Laboratory low temperature experiment, ultra-low temperature experiment, sample chilling down, temperature control
Steps
1. Push the equipment to the appropriate position next to the ventilating cabinet.
2. According to the shape of the dewar, wrap the flexible stainless steel bellows into the corresponding shape and put it into the dewar.
3. Put the external PT100 temperature sensor in the Dewar.
4. Add an appropriate amount of liquid to the Dewar.
5. Place the beaker in the dewar liquid.
6. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
7. Set the desired target temperature through the control panel.
8. Start the equipment and start the cooling and temperature control process.
9. After the experiment, turn off the power of the device, remove the relevant components, and clean them.
