Overview
The LABTOP AC203 is a silent oil-free air Compressor with a two-cylinder piston Compressor that requires no lubrication and provides pure oil-free compressed air. The equipment is equipped with a spiral centrifugal Air-Cooled water remover, an electronic water remover, a three-stage filtrate system, and features a stainless steel gas tank and shock and noise reduction design for smooth and quiet operation.
Features
1. Adopt double-cylinder piston Compressor, running smoothly and reliably, without lubrication, and the output gas is pure and oil-free.
2. Equipped with an economical and effective spiral centrifugal Air-Cooled water remover to quickly chill down the compressed air and centrifuge the condensate.
3. Equipped with an electronic water remover, it is more effective in removing water, especially suitable for use in high-humidity environments.
4. Use stainless steel gas storage tank to prevent rusting and ensure gas purity.
5. Adopt independent suspension damping mechanism to match the sound-absorbing sponge on the inner wall of the shell, which has less vibration and lower noise.
6. Using three-stage filtrate (two-stage intake filtrate, one-stage outlet filtrate), the filtrate is more fine and the gas is more pure.
Principle
The air Compressor compresses the air through a two-cylinder piston Compressor, and no lubricating oil is required during the compression process. The compressed high-temperature gas is rapidly cooled down and initially separated by a spiral centrifugal Air-Cooled water remover, and then further dehumidified by an electronic water remover. Finally, the gas is purified by a three-stage filtrate system and stored in a stainless steel gas tank for use.
