Equipped with electronic water remover, water removal is more effective, especially suitable for high humidity environment. 4. Use stainless steel gas storage tank to prevent rusting and ensure gas purity. 5. Adopt independent suspension damping mechanism to match the sound-absorbing sponge on the inner wall of the shell, which has less vibration and lower noise. 6. Using three-stage filtrate (two-stage intake filtrate, one-stage outlet filtrate), the filtrate is more fine and the gas is more pure. 7. Equipped with automatic drainage function.

Principle

The air Compressor compresses the air through a double-cylinder piston Compressor. The compressed high-temperature gas is quickly chilled down and separated from the condensate through a spiral centrifugal Air-Cooled water remover, and then further dried through an electronic water remover. Before and after the gas enters the stainless steel gas storage tank to stabilize the pressure, it passes through multi-stage precision filtrate, and finally outputs pure, drying compressed air.
