Overview
The LABTOP AC306 is a silent oil-free air Compressor with a two-cylinder piston Compressor design that runs smoothly and reliably without lubrication, providing pure oil-free compressed air. It features a spiral centrifugal Air-Cooled water remover, an electronic water remover, and a three-stage filtrate system to effectively dry and purify the air. It uses stainless steel air tanks and independent suspension damping mechanisms to ensure quiet operation and pure gas.
Features
1. Adopt double-cylinder piston Compressor, running smoothly and reliably, without lubrication, and the output gas is pure and oil-free.
2. Equipped with an economical and effective spiral centrifugal Air-Cooled water remover to quickly chill down the compressed air and centrifuge the condensate.
3. Equipped with electronic water remover, water removal is more effective, especially suitable for high humidity environment.
4. Use stainless steel gas storage tank to prevent rusting and ensure gas purity.
5. Adopt independent suspension damping mechanism to match the sound-absorbing sponge on the inner wall of the shell, which has less vibration and lower noise.
6. Using three-stage filtrate (two-stage intake filtrate, one-stage outlet filtrate), the filtrate is more fine and the gas is more pure.

Principle
The air Compressor compresses the air through a double-cylinder piston Compressor. There is no need for lubricating oil during the compression process to ensure that the gas is free of oil pollution. The compressed high-temperature gas is quickly cooled down through a spiral centrifugal Air-Cooled water remover, and the condensate is centrifuged. Subsequently, the air is further dehumidified by an electronic water remover, especially suitable for high-humidity environments. Finally, it is finely filtered through a three-stage filtrate system (two-stage intake and one-stage outlet), and the final output is pure and drying compressed air to a stainless steel air storage tank for storage.
