Overview
MCW-2010A eddy current film thickness gauge is a new type of film thickness gauge from KODIN company. It adopts anti-interference technology and has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, digital display, low power consumption, built-in Probe full-scale measurement, small model, simple operation, etc.; and has underpower indication, statistics, system/zero/two-point Adjustment, its performance has reached the professional level of similar international instruments.

Steps
1. Measurement: Full scale thickness measurement with built-in Probe.
2. Statistics: View or use the statistics function to obtain the average, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum of the measurement data.
3. calibrate: zero point calibrate, two point calibrate or system calibrate as needed.
4. Shutdown: You can choose automatic shutdown or manual shutdown.
Notice
• When measuring, ensure that the minimum diameter of the measured surface is not less than φ 7mm.
• When measuring the curved surface, pay attention to the minimum radius of curvature requirements: the radius of the convex surface is not less than 1.5mm, and the radius of the concave surface is not less than 6mm.
• The thinnest thickness of the tested substrate should not be less than 0.3mm.
• Ambient Temperature of instrument 0~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 90% RH.
• Pay attention to the battery level, the icon in the upper right corner will prompt the under-voltage status.
The maximum power consumption of the instrument is approximately 110mW.
