Overview
KV-3000 Series Vibration Meter is a Portable Vibration Meter introduced by KODIN for field mechanical vibration measurement and analysis applications. It uses Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) for frequency domain analysis, can quickly determine the cause and location of the fault, and has user-friendly operation, high definition color screen, Bluetooth wireless communication and a variety of Measurement modes, suitable for industrial field needs.

Principle
The instrument uses ICP Acceleration Sensor to convert vibration signals into electrical signals. Acceleration peak, true RMS, peak coefficient, velocity RMS, displacement peak-peak of vibration measurement are obtained through processing and analysis of the input signal, and the corresponding Measured value and spectrum list can be printed.

Steps
1. Turn it on and check the battery level.
2. Select Measurement mode (such as dedicated mode or spectral mode) according to measurement requirements.
3. Set relevant parameters (such as Frequency range, window function, sampling points, etc.).
4. Install or contact the Sensor to the point to be tested.
5. Perform measurements and observe the vibration data or spectrum displayed on the screen.
6. Data can be transmitted via Bluetooth wireless communication.
7, automatic storage of measurement data, can be viewed or printed later.
8. Shut down after use (manual or automatic shutdown can be selected).
Notice
• Please ensure that it is used within the range of Operating temperature (-10 ℃~ 40 ℃) and Humidity (≤ 80% RH) specified by the instrument.
• Please check the battery level before use to avoid important measurements in the undercharged state.
Install and use the ICP Acceleration Sensor correctly to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Select the appropriate Frequency range and Measurement mode to suit different Measured objects.
• Pay attention to the data storage capacity and manage the stored data in a timely manner.
When transmitting data via Bluetooth, please ensure that the communication environment is stable.
• If the instrument system is disordered, you can use the factory reset function, but please note that this operation will clear user data.
• The instrument is a precision measurement device, please avoid violent impact or drop.
