Overview
QIWEI SDF-1100 frequency conversion Disperser is a new type of environmental protection laboratory equipment that integrates stirring, sand grinding and dispersing functions. It adopts frequency conversion motor, which has the advantages of small size, low noise, no carbon brush abrasion, digital display Rotation speed, and equipped with dispersed impeller and sand grinding blade disc, which can provide correct process data for large-scale production.

Principle
The device carries out stepless speed regulation of the motor through the smart frequency conversion controller to drive the shaft swirl/spin. Disperse impellers or sand grinding blades can be installed on the shaft to realize stirring, dispersing or grinding of materials. Digital PID technology ensures accurate Rotation speed control, and the directly displayed spindle Rotation speed can be used for process parameter calculation.
Applications
Laboratory material testing, providing process data for large-scale production
Steps
1. According to the test needs, select the appropriate dispersed impeller or sand grinding disc, and install it on the shaft with screws.
2. Place the cartridge containing the material under the equipment and fix it with left and right grippers.
3. If you need to chill down, you can connect the chilled down water to the jacket barrel.
4. Adjust the rotating shaft and impeller (plate) to the appropriate height in the barrel through the manual lifting system.
5. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed (60~ 6900rpm) and timing time through the frequency converter controller.
6. Start the equipment and start mixing, dispersing or sanding operations.
7. Rotation speed display is observed during operation, and the equipment is turned off after the job is completed or at the end of the timing.
Notice
* This equipment is non-explosion-proof type, do not use in flammable and explosive environment.
* Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ and properly grounded.
* When installing and replacing impellers or blades, make sure the connection is secure.
Please pay attention to safety during lifting and operation to avoid pinching.
The barrel should be firmly fixed to prevent loosening during operation.
* When using the chill down function, pay attention to check the waterway to prevent leakage.
* Device weight is about 75KG, need to pay attention when moving and installing.
* Optional Mixing Tank of different specifications (such as 2.5 liters single layer, 5 liters double-decked), please choose according to your needs.
