Overview
QIWEI JFS-1500S electric lift variable frequency Disperser is a new type of environmentally friendly laboratory product designed and developed with new technologies at home and abroad, integrating stirring, grinding and dispersing functions. The equipment adopts frequency conversion motor, which has the advantages of small size, low noise, no commutation interference, no carbon brush mechanical abrasion, environmental protection, etc. The number directly displays the rotating shaft Rotation speed, and is equipped with dispersed impeller and grinding blades, which can adapt to different laboratory test needs and provide correct data for large-scale production.

Principle
The equipment is driven by a variable frequency motor, using a smart variable frequency controller to implement stepless speed regulation of the motor, and applying digital PID technology to implement High Accuracy Control. The dispersed impeller and the sand grinding blade are directly connected to the rotating shaft, and the linear speed of the stirring, dispersing and sand grinding blades is controlled by adjusting the Rotation speed, so as to adapt to the needs of different material viscosity and chemical reaction rate.
Steps
1. Fix the cartridge on the left and right grippers
2. Select the dispersed impeller or sand grinding disc as needed and install it on the shaft
3. Rotation speed by variable frequency controller
4. Start the equipment for mixing, dispersing or sanding operations
5. Turn off the power after the operation is completed and clean the equipment

• Power supply voltage 220V 50HZ before use
• Speed range between 60~ 6900rpm
• Regularly check whether the connections of all parts of the equipment are firm
• Keep the equipment clean to avoid material residue
