Overview
QIWEI SDF-1500 frequency conversion Disperser is a new type of environmental protection laboratory equipment that integrates stirring, sand grinding and dispersing functions. The equipment adopts an electric lifting system and a frequency conversion motor, which has the characteristics of small size, low noise, no carbon brush abrasion, etc. The number directly displays the Rotation speed, and is equipped with a dispersed impeller and a sand grinding blade disc, which can provide accurate process data for large-scale production.

Principle
The device carries out stepless speed regulation of the frequency conversion motor through smart frequency conversion controller, and applies digital PID technology to implement High Accuracy control. The motor drives the rotating shaft, drives the connected dispersed impeller or sand grinding disc to swirl/spin, and stirres, disperses or grinds the material in the barrel. The jacketed barrel can be cooled down to control the temperature of the material.

Steps
1. According to the process requirements, select the appropriate dispersed impeller or sand grinding disc and install it on the shaft with screws.
2. Place the cartridge containing the material under the equipment and fix it with left and right grippers.
3. If you need to control the temperature, you can put chilled down water into the jacket barrel.
4. Rotation speed and timing time are set by frequency conversion controller.
5. Start the device and observe the spindle Rotation speed displayed by the digital tube.
6. Use the electric lifting system to adjust the height of the rotating shaft so that the impeller or blades can be immersed in the material to a suitable depth.
7. After the work is completed, turn off the equipment, raise the rotating shaft, remove the cartridge, and clean it up.

• Power supply voltage of the equipment is 220V 50HZ, please ensure that the power supply matches.
Equipment without explosion-proof function, do not use in flammable and explosive environment.
• The lifting method is manual lifting, please pay attention to safety during operation.
• Optional 2.5-liter single-layer Mixing Tank or 5-liter double-decked Mixing Tank according to experimental needs.
• Regularly check whether the connecting parts are tight.
When cleaning equipment, please disconnect the power supply.
