HZLB LRG-1000B Intelligent Artificial climate box is a precision environment simulation equipment with a volume of 1000L. It adopts large-screen LCD program control and has precise temperature, Humidity and light control functions. It is suitable for plant growth, seed germination, insect feeding and other scientific research and production fields that need to simulate specific climate conditions.

Principle
The equipment integrates and regulates the refrigeration system, heating system, humidification system and lighting system through a microcomputer program controller. After the user sets the target temperature, Humidity and lighting programs, the controller monitors the environment parameters in real time through the Sensor in the box, and drives the corresponding executive components (such as Compressor, heating pipe, humidifier, LED lamp group) to work, so that the environment in the box is stable within the set range, and can realize automatic cycle simulation of multiple periods and different climate conditions.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable environment with a temperature of 0-35 ° C and no corrosion gas, and connect it to a 220V/50Hz power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch, and set the parameters according to the Chinese operation guidelines through the large-screen LCD interface.
3. Set the required temperature, Humidity range and light level (or time period program).
4. If necessary, set the liner protection temperature.
5. After confirming that the parameters are correct, start the device to run.
6. During operation, various parameters and operating status can be monitored in real time through the screen.
7. After the experiment, shut down the equipment according to the program and perform necessary cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, no direct sunlight, away from heat sources environment.
* Power supply voltage in 220V +/- 22V range, Frequency 50Hz +/- 0.5Hz.
* The Compressor has a 3-minute delay protection, and frequent switching needs to be more than 3 minutes apart.
The humidifier water tank needs to be checked regularly and replenished with purified water to prevent dry burning.
* Do not open the box door frequently during the operation of the equipment, so as not to affect the internal environment Stability.
* Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning, wipe with a soft cloth, and avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
