HZLB DWS-150 seed low temperature and low humidity storage cabinet is a professional storage equipment specially designed for biological samples such as seeds. It adopts large-screen LCD program control, which can precisely control the temperature in the box within the range of 0-10 ° C and humidity within 30-60% RH, providing long-term stable low temperature and low humidity storage environment for seeds, effectively prolonging the life of seeds and maintaining their vitality.

Principle
The equipment automatically adjusts the environment in the box according to the temperature and humidity program set by the user through the built-in refrigeration system, heating system and humidification/dehumidification system. The control system monitors the temperature and humidity Sensor data in the box in real time, compares it with the set value, and drives the relevant components through intelligent algorithms to make the environment in the box stable within the set low temperature and low humidity range, so as to realize the safe storage of seeds.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature, humidity value and parameters for each period through the large-screen LCD controller.
3. Set safety parameters such as liner protection temperature.
4. Put the seeds or samples to be stored in the cabinet and close the cabinet door.
5. The device starts to run automatically, and users can monitor the running status, temperature and humidity in the box, and remaining time in real time through the screen.
6. After the run is over or when the sample needs to be taken out, open the door for sampling. (If the remote function is optional, data monitoring can be carried out through the Mini Program of the computer or mobile phone)
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated environment away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
Please use a power supply with a rated voltage (220V, 50Hz) and ensure good grounding.
When storing samples, do not block the air duct in the box to ensure even air circulation.
* Regularly clean the equipment liner to maintain hygiene.
* If not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply and wipe the box clean.
Before performing maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply.
The optional remote monitoring function needs to be configured separately and connected to the network.
