HZLB DWS-450 seed low temperature and low humidity storage cabinet is a professional storage equipment specially designed for biological samples such as seeds and seedlings. It adopts large-screen LCD program control, with precise temperature and humidity control ability, Temperature range 0~ 10 ℃, humidity control range 30~ 60% RH, providing a stable and suitable low temperature and low humidity storage environment for germplasm resources.

Principle
The device monitors the environment in the box in real time through the built-in temperature and humidity Sensor. The control system automatically adjusts the working state of the refrigeration, heating and humidification/dehumidification system according to the target temperature and humidity value set by the user, so that the environment in the box is stable within the preset low temperature and low humidity range. Its programmed control supports automatic operation in multiple periods to ensure that storage conditions change accurately according to the plan.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (220V, 50Hz) and turn on the power switch of the device.
2. Through the large-screen LCD control panel, set the required temperature value (0~ 10 ° C) and humidity value (30~ 60% RH).
3. If you need to run the program, you can further set 1-99 running periods and the duration and target temperature and humidity of each period.
4. Set safety parameters such as liner protection temperature.
5. After confirming that the settings are correct, start the device to run.
6. Monitor the temperature and humidity, operating status and remaining time in the box in real time through the screen.
7. (Optional function) Remote view data and Linear dispersion through computer or mobile WeChat Mini Program.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed on a well-ventilated, stable ground away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
* Power supply voltage (220V, 50Hz) and ensure good grounding.
* When accessing the sample, the door opening time and frequency should be minimized to maintain the stability of the environment in the box.
* Regularly clean the liner and exterior of the equipment to keep the ventilating port open.
* If not used for a long time, should disconnect the power supply, and wipe the box clean, keep drying.
* When a fault alarm occurs, please perform failure analysis and elimination according to the display prompts or instructions, or contact a professional.
* Optional network and mobile phone monitoring functions require additional configuration and ensure normal network connection.
