HZLB DWS-1600 seed low temperature and low humidity storage cabinet is a equipment specially designed to provide a stable low temperature and low humidity storage environment for biological samples such as seeds and seedlings. Its liner volume is 1600L and adopts a six-door design, which can precisely control the temperature within the range of 0-10 ° C and humidity within the range of 30-60% RH, providing ideal conditions for long-term safe storage of germplasm resources.

Principle
The storage cabinet precisely controls the temperature and humidity of the environment in the box within the set range through a fully automatic refrigeration and dehumidification system. Its control system monitors the temperature and humidity in the box in real time and compares it with the user's set value. It maintains a stable low temperature and low humidity environment by automatically adjusting the working status of the refrigeration power and dehumidification module. Built-in protection mechanisms (such as over-temperature protection, Sensor fault identification) and automatic defrosting function ensure long-term stable and reliable operation of the equipment.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to a 220V/50Hz power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature, humidity value and running period program through the large-screen LCD controller.
3. Confirm the safety parameter settings such as liner protection temperature.
4. Put the seeds or samples to be stored in the cabinet and close the cabinet door.
5. Start the device, the system starts to run automatically, and the controller screen will display information such as real-time running status, temperature and humidity in the box, and remaining time.
6. (Optional function) If you need remote monitoring, you can configure the network module to view the data through the WeChat Mini Program on your computer or mobile phone.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
Please use the specified 220V, 50Hz power supply and ensure good grounding.
When storing samples, do not block the air duct in the cabinet to ensure even air circulation.
Regularly clean the inside and outside of the equipment to keep the heat dissipation holes unobstructed.
* If not used for a long time, please disconnect the power supply and clean and dry the cabinet.
Before performing any cleaning or maintenance, be sure to power off the equipment.
* In case of fault alarm (such as abnormal Sensor), please refer to the manual for failure analysis or contact professionals to deal with it.
