The HZLB LDS-1G Grain Moisture Analyzer is a precision instrument for the rapid determination of moisture in various grains and Non-metallic granular substances. It features automatic measurement, temperature compensation and user-defined calibrating for a variety of agricultural and processing scenarios.

Principle
The instrument automatically calculates the Moisture content of the sample by measuring changes in physical properties such as the dielectric constant of a Basis Weight sample (usually 150 grams), combined with pre-set or user-calibrated calibrated Linear dispersion. The measurement process integrates automatic weighing and temperature compensation to improve the accuracy of the results.

Steps
1. Boot preparation: Load four AA dry batteries or connect an external 9V DC regulated power supply.
2. Sample sampling: Take a Basis Weight sample (usually 150 grams, except for special samples) and put it into a measurement container.
3. Start measurement: The instrument automatically performs weighing, temperature compensation and moisture measurement, and the process is less than or equal to 10 seconds.
4. Reading result: Measured value of moisture is read on the display.
5. Follow-up operation: You can use the function of calculating the average value, or perform user-generated calibration and error correction as required.
6. After use: The instrument has an automatic shutdown function, or manual shutdown.

• Please make sure to use the instrument at an Ambient Temperature of 0~ 40 ° C.
• Accuracy ≤ +/- 0.5% (main moisture range), Repeatability ≤ 0.2%, Measurement range is 3~ 35%.
• The sampling amount is usually 150 grams of Basis Weight, except for special samples.
• The instrument has pre-calibrated 20 common varieties, which can be directly measured; Miscellaneous varieties require users to calibrate at three points.
