Overview
HZLB KDN Kjeldahl Nitrogen Analyzer is a semi-automatic analytical instrument using microcomputer process control, suitable for measuring the nitrogen content of various samples such as grain, food, dairy products, feed, etc. The instrument is simple and convenient to operate, and has functions such as automatic distillation control, automatic water addition and water level control.
Features
1. Using microcomputers for process control, the operation is simple and convenient.
2. With automatic distillation control, automatic water addition, automatic water level control, automatic water stop function.
3. Equipped with a variety of Safety protection: digestion tube safety door device, steam generator water shortage alarm, water level detection fault alarm.
4. The instrument shell adopts special spray steel plate, equipped with corrosion-resistant transparent safety door, which can observe the entire distillation process.
5. With water level detection and low water level alarm function, Control system failure can automatically power off.
6. Applicable to various water sources, wide adaptability.
7. Added a special titration cup stopper to ensure stable and accurate measurement results.
Principle
The instrument works based on the principle of Kjeldahl nitrogen determination. After the sample is digested, it is distilled under alkaline conditions to steam out and absorb ammonia. The nitrogen content is determined by titration and other methods to calculate the protein or nitrogen content in the sample. The instrument automatically controls the key steps such as distillation and water addition through microcomputer.
Applications
Food, Food, Dairy, Beverages, Feed, Soil, Water, Drugs, Sediments and Chemicals
Steps
1. Sample preparation and digestion.
2. Place the digestive tube into the instrument and close the safety door.
3. Set up and start the distillation program through the microcomputer Control system.
4. The instrument automatically completes the water addition and distillation process.
5. After distillation, titration analysis is performed on the receiving liquid.
6. Calculate the nitrogen or protein content based on the titration results.
Notice
The sample volume should be controlled within the specified range: solid 0.20g to 2.00g; semi-solid 2.00g to 5.00g; liquid 10.00ml to 25.00ml.
* Determination range: 0.1mgN~ 200mgN (mg nitrogen).
Water supply requirements: The water pressure should be greater than 1.5 MPa, and the water temperature should be less than 25 degrees Celsius.
Power requirements: AC220V/50Hz.
Pay attention to the instrument alarm prompts, such as water shortage alarm, water level fault alarm, etc., and deal with them in a timely manner.
Make sure that the digestive tube safety door device is properly closed before use.
* Power of the instrument is 1000w, please pay attention to electricity safety.
